The M-TOWER mixed-use landmark project in the heart of Phnom Penh has recently achieved a critical milestone with the successful completion of its\u00a0\u00b10.00 elevation construction.<\/p>\n

Since June 2024, the project has established a strategic partnership with\u00a0DENNOKOR CO., LTD., a\u00a0Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction approved supervision firm, to implement\u00a0full-process quality control\u2014from\u00a0piling works\u00a0to\u00a0earth excavation, all the way to the\u00a0\u00b10.00 elevation phase.<\/p>\n

As one of Cambodia’s\u00a0top-tier engineering supervision firms,\u00a0DENNOKOR CO., LTD.\u00a0has rigorously overseen key construction stages, including\u00a0ground improvement\u00a0and\u00a0pile foundation works, ensuring strict adherence to technical and quality standards.<\/p>\n

On\u00a0July 10, 2025, DENNOKOR dispatched a\u00a0high-level expert delegation, led by its\u00a0General Manager, to conduct a\u00a0comprehensive quality assessment\u00a0of the project. At the project review meeting, DENNOKOR\u2019s\u00a0Technical Director\u00a0stated:”The M-TOWER project strictly complies with\u00a0Cambodia\u2019s national construction standards, follows approved design specifications, and meets all technical requirements under\u00a0Cambodian building codes and international benchmarks.
