The M-TOWER mixed-use landmark project in the heart of Phnom Penh has recently achieved a critical milestone with the successful completion of its ±0.00 elevation construction.
Since June 2024, the project has established a strategic partnership with DENNOKOR CO., LTD., a Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction approved supervision firm, to implement full-process quality control—from piling works to earth excavation, all the way to the ±0.00 elevation phase.
As one of Cambodia’s top-tier engineering supervision firms, DENNOKOR CO., LTD. has rigorously overseen key construction stages, including ground improvement and pile foundation works, ensuring strict adherence to technical and quality standards.
On July 10, 2025, DENNOKOR dispatched a high-level expert delegation, led by its General Manager, to conduct a comprehensive quality assessment of the project. At the project review meeting, DENNOKOR’s Technical Director stated:”The M-TOWER project strictly complies with Cambodia’s national construction standards, follows approved design specifications, and meets all technical requirements under Cambodian building codes and international benchmarks. Its standardized construction processes and exceptional engineering quality set an exemplary model for the industry, particularly in Cambodia’s high-rise construction sector.” He further emphasized that M-TOWER is the first project in Cambodia to implement full-process collaboration with a professional supervision firm, setting a new precedent for the industry.
DENNOKOR expressed strong confidence in future cooperation, looking forward to working with the M-TOWER team to create a new icon of premium architecture in Cambodia and advance the standardization of the country’s construction industry.

M Tower Project is Developed by Ming Sheung Landmark Property Development Co., Ltd., the M-TOWER project spans over 40,000 sqm and rises 43 Floors (~176 meters), standing as a super high-rise in Phnom Penh’s prime location—Tonle Bassac Commune, Chamkarmon District, Phnom Penh .
